Matthew A. Zenko is an Attorney, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and mediator.
Matt’s practice consists of acting as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, representing personal injury victims, defending the rights of the criminally accused, and performing estate planning for individuals and families.
Matt began his professional career with the Big Four Accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP where he served as a Senior Accountant. Matt then joined the Berkshire Hathaway Company NetJets Inc. as a Senior Financial Analyst in Portugal and Switzerland as well as a Quality Analyst in Columbus, Ohio.
After NetJets Inc., Matt worked for the New York based luxury chauffeured service ground transportation provider CLS WorldWide Services where he advised the organization’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer regarding merger and acquisition strategy.
Matt attended Capital University Law School (J.D., magna cum laude) where he earned a certificate of concentration in Dispute Resolution focusing on negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Matt performed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University (B.S.B.A, summa cum laude) where he graduated from the Max M. Fisher College of Business’ Honors Accounting Program and attended a pre-law international program in Oxford, England.
Matt is admitted to practice in Ohio and the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio (Federal Court).
